The world's first and only superhero has disappeared after undergoing a cataclysmic fall from grace in the eyes of the world. Middle-aged and unable to support his operations he had made a preposterous claim that the world was in danger, a notion derided by the media and the public at large.

But what if the claim is true?

Outcast writer and infamous murderess Charlie Chance, AKA The Pet, finds herself searching for the one man who was able to bring her to justice-- Captain Stone.

Captain Stone: Confidential-

............How do you do this story book thing on DA?  I didn't even know this /was/ a thing on DA till now. 0.o *Feels behind on innovations....*

And that was....freaking amazing!  Oh my gosh, being able to not only use visual tools like what Power Point presentations take for granted, but also motion, music!  Sound effects!  Even a room that can be explored in 3D space!

This just...wow!  Totally blew my mind on what could be done with comic books.  This felt less like a mere comic book, and more like an experiment in visual media!

And I agree with emmav that this totally looks like the project was started with this kind of format in mind, and you and who ever else might have been working with you totally owned it!  I look forward to reading more of the Episodes you have completed and seeing what other surprises there are to be found!

Bless you! It was created just for the digital space, you're right.

And the tool we used will be available in the next few months to ALL deviants for free, so they can make their own stories and images and publish them right here on dA. Very exiting!!! :-)

Thank you so much! And hope you enjoyed the rest of the issues - all seven episodes of book one are here, now. Ready to read!

Very best!

This is wonderful. The transitions are so beautifully done and allow each stage of the storytelling to look like a separate piece of art. Lovely, lovely stuff. And the writing really works with the format - it's obvious that, unlike a comic shoved into digital format, this was written with the format in mind from the get-go.
Very cool ^_^
