The individual stories of the offbeat group of miners trapped 30 meters beneath the surface is revealed--including a brief history of the Soviet automated worker program!

Storyline:

The robots were a Stakhanovite creation--built in tens of thousands in Soviet Russia to assist and inspire the workers in the 1930s.

An emblem of nobility and tireless work, they yet proved inefficient, and were gradually phased out as they seized up and fell into disrepair.

Now, in a Siberian salt mine, prisoners of the state still toil, and amongst them one last robot labors-- pulling the carriages that transport the men deep under the ground, it is jokingly nicknamed The Engine.

When the old mine collapses they know nobody will rescue them, their lives have no value to the state. It is here that something remarkable happens…

This sounds interesting. But is was not long enough to pull me into the story.

You advertised that the robot was remarkable in some way, but I did not see the robot do much and i would of liked to see more of the main characters interacting with each other before you told me to buy it.

Other than that this comic looks pretty good.
